Brian Eccles at Brian Eccles Hearing Centre in Kettering was recommended to me through a friend who had been a client of Brian’s for many years. It is a very ethical family run business and he makes you feel at ease and welcome as soon as you walk through their front door. I have suffered from hearing loss for over 10 years and have been to several audiologists in various countries I have lived. I did not realize how bad my old hearing aids were until I had an audiogram from Brian Eccles Hearing Centre. Brian also provided me with information about my hearing loss that no other audiologist had ever taken the time to explain. The service and care Brian provides is above par and absolutely first class! I enjoy going in for a visit and having my quality of life back! I couldn’t recommend this hearing centre more. I visited the centre yesterday after experiencing pain in my left ear. Brian was able to help me by clearing the wax from my ear relieving my pain instantly! Himself and his receptionist were both so friendly and helpful and I’m so glad I went. I will definitely be recommending the centre to anyone in need of this service. Thanks to Brian and the team 🙂

I visited for wax removal, it was a really simple process, and pain-free. So nice to be able to hear again. The staff were really friendly, and clearly explained the process, great service and good value.
I took my grandad to have his ears syringed and the service was impeccable, the two ladies were so lovely, very professional and a really decent price.

Had my ear wax removed, fast and painless…so much better with their suction kit rather than the rubbish antiquated NHS hose pipe lol! Great price too! Will be back thanks again!!

First class service from Brian and Nicki, professional and extremely honest. I made an appointment to have my ears syringed, but when Brian examined my ears there was nothing to remove. I wasn’t charged for the appointment. Excellent service.

Above and beyond care. I needed to be able to hear two instruments, piano and violin, which had become very difficult to play any more. A wide selection of hearing options were altered and tweaked until the violin was back in action. Very friendly and helpful, taking the time to meet my needs.
Brian and his assistant were very welcoming and competent. Brian gave excellent advice when doing my silicon ear impressions and was more than willing to go above and beyond in assisting with a post appointment request for support when DPD lost my parcel. Highly recommended.

I went to the hearing centre for some swimming earplugs. The appointment was super quick, I was asked if I was comfortable multiple times and the ear plugs were ready to pick up not too long after. Super friendly staff and highly recommended 🙂
I woke up with deafness in one ear and I contacted Brian Eccles Hearing Centre in Kettering. Within a week I was booked in. I arrived to my appointment early and was seen to straight away. The two ladies at reception were very friendly and professional and the whole experience from start to finish was exceptional service. The lady that actually stringed my ears was very patient, did a very good job and explained the process all the way through. I would definitely recommend using Brian Eccles Hearing Centre and would like to thank them for their help.

Brian cleared my ears pretty last minute as I was just passing through on my way to a gig! Thank goodness I’ll be able to hear it now!! Brian was professional, polite and got the job done nice and quickly, fully recommend. My head feels cleared and amazing now.

I have been with Brian for several years and have always found service, product and aftercare to be of the highest quality. I had the earwax suction procedure and it was very fast and efficient and reasonably priced. The staff are all very friendly and welcoming.
Really helpful staff, very friendly. Good value for money. My husband had earwax removal and I recommended a friend whose hearing improved massively after treatment here. Haven’t used hearing aid side but am sure Brian Eccles Hearing Centre would be as professional and helpful as they were during my husband’s treatment.

I would like to thank Brian Eccles and his wonderful staff at the Kettering Branch, who brought joy to my mum in her final days with her new hearing aids. When she passed they were also able to change the life of one of her friends by being caring, understanding and generous with their time to reprogram these devices. Oh my gosh, such an excellent service! Today April 2021 I got both ears wax removed for £40. My ears was terrible I thought that would be a serious thing but wasn’t. Best place ever.
